Phlebotomist I

Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Lady Lake, FL
Shift: Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM + Rotational Saturdays
Duration: 5 Months

Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, providing high-quality patient care and phlebotomy services. This role involves collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties with accuracy and professionalism

• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens

• Maintain records and follow all safety procedures

• Deliver excellent patient service and uphold confidentiality standards

• Promote a positive image to patients and the public

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (required); 1+ year preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Strong pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy skills

• Data entry and basic computer skills

• Must have reliable personal transportation

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Lady Lake, FL

Other:

• Be punctual and available for full scheduled shifts

• Must list home city and commute time on resume

• Pay rate based on direct, non-overlapping experience
