Job Location: Clark, NJ- 07066
Duration: 3+ months of Contract with possible extension
Shift: Mon-Fri (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) EST
Pay Rate: $25.74/hr on W2 + Mileage Reimbursement

Job Description:
  • Min. 5 years of professional Phlebotomist experience with an active Phlebotomy certification is required.
  • The Patient Services Representative III (PSR III) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
  • The PSR III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
  • The PSR III has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.
  • The PSR III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
