Job Description
The contractor will be responsible for the following core responsibilities for the Client Kenosha County site through L&D Associates / Sr. L&D Associates:
Document Change Request Administration
Coordination of document change requests
Learning assessment collaboration
Tracking and follow up with process owners
Data entry and quality checks
Maintain organized documentation and records of all administrative actions taken
Learning Management Administration
Assigning training
Job code/curriculum maintenance
Reporting,
User account troubleshooting
Support of remediation activities driven by audits, deviations, or organizational changes

The Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) organization is seeking proposals from qualified staffing vendors to provide one (1) administrative contractor to support learning and change request activities across the LKC Manufacturing site. This contractor will serve as essential administrative resource, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day learning administration, and change request workflow activities.
To support 2026 operational demands, activities to support new line and new build operations, and maintain compliance and inspection readiness, LKC L&D is requesting the addition of a dedicated contractor to provide administrative support across MasterControl LMS and Change Request activities. The contractor will engage in detailed work related to curriculum creation and maintenance, training assignments, account management, reporting, remediation of system issues, and coordination of document and change request workflows, all of which are essential and limits the teams capacity to focus on higher value strategic Learning Partner activities.
This RFP aims to secure one contractor who will be embedded within the L&D team and aligned to support administrative tasks associated with learning administration and document change request collaboration activities.
This contractor will provide dedicated administrative support (through L&D Associates / Sr. L&D Associates) for the following Manufacturing-aligned business areas:
Operations
Engineering (Eng)
Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TSMS)
Global Supply Chain (GSC)
Quality Assurance
Quality Control
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas / functions, and familiarity with document control change request processes.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar); strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Document Management Systems
Experience working in MasterControl is required
Experience with Veeva is optional
Experience with SuccessFactors optional
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaison effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements (Good Documentation Practices)
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
