Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Duration: 3+ weeks contract (possibility of extension)
Schedule: 7 am to 5:30 pm. (4*10) hours shift. Weekends and holidays as needed. On call required.
Note: Non-Taxable Per Diem is also provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.
Duties:
- The Surgical Technologist maintains responsibility for preparation of the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, maintenance of the sterile field, and evaluation of changing conditions during the surgical procedures, making appropriate responses as needed.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently as a member of a team.
- Aptitude for working with high-tech equipment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two-plus (2+) years of applicable experience required.
- Ability to scrub multiple specialties Neuro, Client, ENT, GYN, Plastics, General.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- CST
- BLS - AHA
