Job Title: Import & Freight Administrator
Job Location: Pinellas Park, FL - Hybrid (fully on site the first 2 to 4 weeks for training, then hybrid with 3 days at the office and 2 days remote)
Job Duration: 6 month(s) and Possibility of Extension
Shift: Mon – Fri / 8 hours a day (8AM to 4:30PM including 30 min break), there could some flexibility in the start time (could be 7am)

Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews Duty Invoices for accuracy and approves for payment.
- Provides detail entry summary to third party brokerage firm for computed value.
- reconciliation process.
- Provides detail entry summary monthly to Finance for duty cross charging to corporate.
- headquarters.
- Coordinates year end deliveries to meet working capital objectives of parent company and.
- Transitions business.
- Provides documentation as required by auditors quarterly.
- Acts as backup for team roles.
Compliance:
- Adheres to regulatory requirements for Entry documentation and electronic retention.
- Ensures supplying facilities adhere to US Customs requirement as documented in the CTPAT program.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of Product portal (US Customs software).
- Coordinates with parent company on Product of compliance activity performed on Transitions’ behalf.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in US import & logistics.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Excellent Attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of international freight management.
- Knowledge of US Import regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
