Job Title: Customer Service Representative | Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Tampa, FL, 33613
Duration: 5 months+ Project (Possibility of Extension and conversion based upon performance)
Shift:M-F 6:00am-3:00pm with an hour lunch.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients during check-in using kiosks or tablets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support Phlebotomy staff and learn specimen collection and processing
- Deliver excellent customer service with confidentiality and accuracy
- Complete daily tasks on time under supervisor guidance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer-facing experience (retail, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong data entry/keyboard skills
- Willingness to learn and perform Phlebotomy duties
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
