Duties:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, management, diagnostic evaluation, education, and care for patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
- Focus on prevention strategies to reduce the development of cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Adapt specific duties based on the work setting or patient population served.
- Provide care to patients with complex and challenging conditions requiring specialized expertise.
- Collaborate within highly coordinated multidisciplinary teams to organize patient care around individual conditions.
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork by communicating efficiently and effectively across departments.
- Exhibit behaviors aligned with high-functioning integrated teams in accordance with the organization’s Product CARES expectations.
