Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Location: Newton, NJ 07860
Contract Duration: 3 Months+ (with Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $70/hr. on W2
Schedule Notes: Mon – Fri – 7 am – 5 pm – 4-10 hour shifts (lunches are deducted). STEMI On call requirement-weekdays and rotational weekends (1 to 2 weekends month).
Duties:
Hours Per Day: 7.50.
Days Per Week: 5.00.
Location: Newton, NJ 07860

Duties:
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI(STEMI) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
- Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data.
- Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure.
- Assess and manage access site, and inform physician.
- Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab.
- Prepare patient for procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- RCIS certification preferred.
- BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required.
- Cardiac Cath lab experience required.
Hours Per Day: 7.50.
Days Per Week: 5.00.
