Patient Financial Services Representative – Cashier
Job Title: Patient Financial Services Representative – Cashier
Location: West Bend, WI 53095
Duration: 11/10/2025 – 02/12/2026
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (no weekends, no on-call)
Required Skills & Experience
-
One year of experience in billing or collections for medical care/service and reconciling cash, checks, and credit card payments for depositing – required.

Experience using cash register, printing calculator, and computerized billing/collections systems in a service industry – preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel – preferred.
Education
-
High School diploma or equivalent – required.
Job Summary
-
Assist patients with payment collections and general account inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Post payments accurately to patient accounts or payment processing systems, including credit cards and e-checks.

Perform daily deposit reconciliation and maintain compliance with Epic work queues.

Complete hospital liens, including check requests, court documents, and certified mail processing.

Maintain petty cash documentation, including disbursements and replenishment requests.

Support visitors and patients by responding to questions and resolving complaints courteously.

Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with Client standards and department protocols.
