TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support
- AC/DC Troubleshooting
- Controls Electrician
- electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Electrical Systems: AC/DC systems, transformers, generators, motor controls, circuit breakers knowledge. Blueprint Reading: Interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and fixing complex electrical issues in industrial machinery.

Responsible for analyzing plant processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. This role supports both electrical and mechanical systems and works closely with teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze plant processes and implement continuous improvements
- Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Perform and plan preventive maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level technical support
Technical Skills Required
- AC/DC troubleshooting
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience as a Controls Electrician (preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical systems including transformers, generators, motor controls, and circuit breakers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery
