Location: Morristown, NJ- Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months+ Possible Extension
Pay Range: $64- $68/hr

As a Talent Performance & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the measurement, tracking, and reporting of performance across the Talent organization. You’ll work in close partnership with the Talent Optimization Lead to ensure KPIs are clearly defined, consistently monitored, and used to inform strategic decisions. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
KPI & Performance Management
Collaborate with the Talent Optimization Lead to define, refine, and operationalize performance metrics aligned to strategic priorities.
Maintain dashboards and scorecards that provide real-time visibility into Talent program outcomes.
Monitor progress aProductst KPIs, identify trends or gaps, and proactively surface insights to guide course correction.
Ensure performance data is consistently tracked, validated, and ready for leadership review.
Insights & Decision Support
Partner with the Talent Optimization Lead to synthesize data from People Analytics, Finance, and People & Culture systems into clear, actionable insights.
Co-develop performance summaries and trend analyses that inform Talent Leadership Team and PCLT discussions.
Support quarterly and annual reviews by preparing evidence-based narratives that highlight impact, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
Operational Execution
Maintain a regular cadence of performance reporting across Talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic milestones.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting deliverables.
Track execution risks and dependencies, and escalate issues in partnership with the Talent Optimization Lead.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Talent Optimization Lead to engage with Talent pilars, People Analytics, and other P&C stakeholders in performance planning and reporting.
Help establish shared standards for measurement and reporting across the Talent COE.
Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by ensuring performance data is used to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
About You
Experience in HR operations, finance, performance management, people analytics or data analytics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g.,Power BI, Excel)
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with senior stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in surfacing issues and opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or a related field.
Fluent in English.
Min 6+ years of experience
Location: Morristown, NJ- Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months+ Possible Extension

Notes:
- Assist in creating power points for QBR (collab) Paid parking is required when onsite
- Overqualified if previously worked at People manager - management
- Must Have Experience: 6+ years of experience in related role Previous experience with process improvements where appropriate and document changes once approved by leadership.
- Excel, very proficient, tell visual stories from information in excel; Experienced, pivots, formulas, forecasting and financial modeling Well versed in presentations and dashboards
- Nice to have/ preferred: Vizier (plus) BI experience a plus (PowerBI) Previous biotech/ pharma industry exp.
- Previous experience working in HR department.
- Biotech and Pharma, nice to have.
