* Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.
* Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of inventory.
**The role will mainly focus on Production, with an opportunity to learn other roles such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, or prior auth.

Experience:
Required:
Experience in a customer service position with HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.
Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.
Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.
Education:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.
