Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Shift: Three shifts available - Days, Afternoon and Nights
Hours: 4*10s - 40hours per week
Local Pay: $95/hr. on W2
Travel Pay:
Overall Weekly Pay: $4,050.56
Weekly Stipend: $1,884.56 (Non-Taxable)
W2 hourly Pay Rate: $57 (Taxable)

Requirement:
- PharmD is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
- Hospital experience is preferred.
Job Description:
- The Pharmacist serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies.
- Dispenses medications accurately and in a timely fashion, resolves questions regarding formulary and non-formulary medications, following policies and procedures, provides dosing and therapeutic recommendations that take patient age/kinetic based on literature.
- Provides dosing and therapeutic recommendations that take patient age/kinetic based on literature.
- Performs patient education, including but not limited to, proper dose as prescribed, taking meds on time, side effects if any, interaction with other drugs patient might be taking, all as per department requirements.
