Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with Sales Support team's daily operations, including:
- Vendor Orders: Carry out the process including, entering orders for OEM equipment in Oracle database, updating vendor and or purchasing as delivery requirements change, updating order in Oracle as required to enable Accounts Receivable to match invoice
- Stock Room Items: Track release from holds to meet delivery date, confirm items shipped, send tracking information to field
- Revenue Tagging: On Oracle sales orders, mark field to enable Accounting team to run reports to forecast quarterly revenue Delivery Information Forms DIFs
- Review DIFs sent in by Installation Coordinators and take necessary action, e.g., change dates, addresses, note DIF on top line items, confirm items in correct warehouse, update service request, remove revenue tag, and attach DIF in Oracle
- Other requirements may include but are not limited to assisting the team with needs as they arise, such as associated with: Assisting Sr. Sales and Operations Planner with fulfillment coordination and other activities; e.g., by running reports, disseminating information
- Taking on assignments as needs arises, for example tracking down status and or documentation of inventory between the field and warehouses
- Processing capital orders or otherwise supporting the efforts of the order processing team
- Working with Sales and Finance, prepare and facilitate the execution of Loaner and or Rental and or Evaluation agreements for capital equipment
- Communicating with the field on the status of outstanding loaners and or rentals to attempt to drive conversions to sales and to insure that Sunshine Act reporting is accurate and up to date for loaners
- Handling paperwork, vendor quotes, communication and purchase orders for turnkey situations where is contracting with an external vendor to provide services for a customer as part of a sale
- Handling product buy-backs related to new sales Facilitating the approval and or execution of terms and conditions and or tracking their progress through their processes
