Job Title: Manager - Breast Imaging
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Contract Terms: W2
Shift/Schedule: 5x8s, 0700-1700, Mon - Fri
Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr. on W2
Stipends available for Travelers.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the Breast Imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Lead and manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with ACR, FDA, and MQSA regulations and maintain accreditation standards.
- Supervise breast imaging modalities including mammography, biopsies, ultrasound, and bone density services.
- Monitor quality assurance, equipment performance, budgeting, and patient satisfaction to maintain safe and cost-effective operations.
Facility Requirements:
- Must have MRT, ARRT-M or ARRT-R, BLS (AHA Only) certifications.
- Must have 5 years min leadership experience
