Pay Rate: $36.10/hr. on W2
Position Summary:
The Specialist – Contractor is responsible for executing differentiated content strategies for innovative content for global and omni-channel consumption, as well as other operational processes and tasks within the team. This role collaborates with internal partners to fulfill content needs and develop innovative digital content for various customer types. The ideal candidate combines technical skills, scientific background, creative skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Content Creation & Maintenance – Develop and maintain scientific and digital content.
- Quality Checks of Scientific Content – Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of content.
- Departmental & Strategic Support – Support team initiatives, operational processes, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Scientific background is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, medical information support, or innovative content creation; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) – comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); able to build and interpret reports.
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving orientation with ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Team player who can also work independently when needed.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based / hybrid work model (3 days in office).
- Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hypercare periods (may require flexible hours).
- Frequent collaboration via Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings.
Reporting:
- This position reports to the Associate Director, Medical Information Content Strategy & Innovation.
