Position: Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Location: Lafayette, LA
Shift/Time Zone: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Duration: 2+ months

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) to join our team in Lafayette, LA. The PSR II is the face of our company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering exceptional patient care in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (venipuncture/capillary) with accuracy and safety

• Interact with patients in a confident, compassionate, and professional manner

• Maintain accurate patient records and labeling

• Ensure confidentiality and follow all safety procedures

• Travel to various locations as needed; reliable transportation required

Requirements:

• 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric & geriatric)

• High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant/paramedic training a plus)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Must be flexible, dependable, and able to work independently

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (if applicable)

Additional Info:

• Must complete credentialing to work at this location

• May work in a PSC, doctor’s office, or other sites as needed
