Senior Administrative Assistant

Careers Integrated Resources Inc San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Contractor
Duties:
Completes tasks in creative and effective ways. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Independently performs administrative tasks. Performs general administrative duties providing support to department managers. Performs miscellaneous administrative work, including typing, database input and filing. Provides coordination and calendar scheduling of meetings, conference calls, off-site events, catering and travel arrangements. Prepares PowerPoint presentations. Collects and prepares information for reports. Distributes schedules, agendas, meeting minutes and other materials upon request. Sets up videoconference equipment. Performs other administrative duties and projects as required.

Education:
Requires a minimum of a High School diploma. Equivalent experience may be accepted. A minimum of 6 years industry experience in office services is required. Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is preferred.

Skills:
Good communication skills both oral and written are a must. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Good computer skills are required. Excellent organizational skills are required. Must have an ability to multi-task and comfortable working in ambiguity.
