Project Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation project. The role will focus on Finance, Supply Chain Management, and integration with enterprise systems. The successful candidate will drive delivery from planning through go-live, ensuring technical execution aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Program Leadership
- Lead all phases of the SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation lifecycle (Finance & SCM focus).
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budget across business and IT workstreams.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party SAP consultants, and system integrators.
- Oversee planning and execution of integrations between SAP S/4HANA and other systems (CRM, MES, WMS, legacy).
- Collaborate with solution architects on integration architecture and data flow design.
- Lead integration testing and ensure cutover readiness.
- Maintain detailed project documentation: schedules, RAID logs, status updates, etc.
- Identify and mitigate cross-functional issues and project risks.
- Ensure SAP configuration supports E2E processes in Finance and Supply Chain.
- Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Drive executive-level communication and status reporting.
- Oversee cutover strategy, go-live support, and knowledge transition to support teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of IT project management experience.
- 2–3 full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (including S/4HANA, preferably Private Cloud).
- Hands-on experience managing:
- SAP Finance (FI) and related modules.
- SAP Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, or related).
- System integrations across enterprise applications.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate or equivalent ERP implementation methodology.
- Strong vendor management and executive communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum.
- SAP certifications (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Experience with integration platforms:
- SAP BTP, SAP CPI, Informatica, or similar.
- Industry experience in regulated sectors (life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing).
