Shift: Mon-Fri 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm OR 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Mon - Fri
 
Pay Rate - $25/hr. on W2
 
Job Responsibilities:
The PSR II is the face of our company for patients visiting for routine health services or life-defining health decisions. This role involves drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and creating a safe, professional, and trusting environment. The PSR II demonstrates leadership behaviors, process excellence, and confidentiality in handling patient information. Assignments may be at a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Confidently perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established procedures.
- Verify patient demographic information and obtain post-venipuncture signature to ensure accurate labeling.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Adherence to all company policies, dress code, employee health & safety, and guiding principles.
- Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Travel and flexible hours required to cover multiple locations with minimal notice.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Demonstrate superior customer focus, transparent communication, adaptability, and business knowledge.
