Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 1-hour lunch
Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:
The PSR II is the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional, welcoming experience. Responsibilities include drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, verifying patient information, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens safely and accurately
• Verify patient demographics and labels post-collection
• Maintain records and documentation
• Provide excellent patient service and promote a positive company image
• Follow established procedures and exercise good judgment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and be flexible with hours/locations
