Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Work Type: Safety Sensitive
Schedule: Closed on weekends and major holidays
Interview Process: 2–3 video rounds (30–45 minutes each)

Position Summary:
Colleague Relations is a Human Resources Center of Excellence focused on fostering a respectful, healthy workplace culture.
As a Colleague Relations Analyst I, you will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues and leaders seeking guidance on HR-related matters. This is a high-volume, inbound call role requiring strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and sound judgment.
You will provide first-contact resolution whenever possible and escalate cases appropriately when further investigation is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact via centralized phone system
- Handle high-volume inbound HR-related calls
- Perform real-time issue identification and resolution
- Document intake details accurately and assign cases appropriately
- Interpret and apply company policies and Code of Conduct
- Consult with leaders on discipline and performance concerns
- Respond to inquiries regarding workforce reduction
- Escalate cases requiring further review or investigation
- Provide cross-functional support as needed
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
- Apply knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Mitigate organizational risk through sound decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in:
- Employee Relations
- Labor Relations
- HR Generalist role
(Leadership experience may substitute)
- Ability to handle full-shift inbound call volume
- Strong real-time problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior mentoring, mediation, leadership, or consulting experience
- Knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Equivalent experience may substitute for education
