• Mon/Wed/Thurs: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Shifts: Primarily AM (3 AM & 1 Mid Shift flexibility required)

Job Summary:
The Surgical Technologist I supports the surgical team during operative procedures by ensuring a sterile environment, preparing instruments, and assisting surgeons to promote safe and efficient patient care.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment, instruments, and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Perform surgical counts (sponges, sharps, instruments) per protocol.
• Set up operating room based on procedure requirements.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and operative site preparation.
• Handle and label surgical specimens per protocol.
• Clean and restock operating room after procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, AORN, and OSHA guidelines.

 
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience
• Experience required in - Urology, General/Client cases, Neuro, Robotics  & Vascular
• CST Certification (Required)
• BLS Certification (AHA Only)
