Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Sanford, FL
Shift: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, Sat 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Duration: 4+ months

Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and skilled PSR I to join our team in Sanford, FL. This role is the frontline of patient interaction, responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples, ensuring accurate processing, and delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens (clinical and forensic) accurately and safely

• Follow all established procedures and safety standards

• Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality

• Build trust and ensure clear communication with patients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (required); 1+ year preferred

• Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Strong pediatric & geriatric phlebotomy skills

• Customer service or retail experience a plus

• Must have reliable transportation (rideshare/bus not accepted)

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Sanford, FL
