Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: New Brighton, MN 55112
Duration: 5 Months+ (possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $22/hr. on W2
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving activities, inventory reconciliation, and ERP transactions while maintaining clear communication across departments. This role supports manufacturing and distribution workflows to ensure accurate, timely movement of materials and compliance with applicable guidelines.

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving activities, inventory reconciliation, and ERP transactions while maintaining clear communication across departments. This role supports manufacturing and distribution workflows to ensure accurate, timely movement of materials and compliance with applicable guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory/material control functions
- Update inventory and receiving records in the ERP system (Axapta) to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Coordinate shipping, sales order processing, and receiving activities
- Pack outbound products, arrange carrier pickups, and process inventory and sales order shipment transactions
- Communicate with internal teams and external customers to confirm shipping requirements
- Track shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure on-time performance
- Support planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks related to manufacturing workflow
- Assist in prioritizing daily activities within the distribution area
- Maintain compliance with local, country, and international shipping and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience, including international shipping
- Experience with inventory cycle counts
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta preferred)
