PTA needed for daily treatment of skilled patients at 2 locations- Cove's Edge and St. Andrews Village
Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Physical Therapy Assistant

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): as needed

Float Requirements: yes, position will float between Coves Edge in Damariscotta and St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor
Education & Certifications Required:

Licensed PTA, CPR

Unit Information:
Number of Beds: 46 at Coves Edge, 42 at St. Andrews Village
Patient Ratios: for therapy 1:8
Equipment: provided
EMR: Optima and PointClickCare
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: skilled/LTC/Geriatrics
Preferred Skillset/Experience:
Type of Patients on Unit: elderly long term care residents and skilled rehab short stay residents. Typically with acute on chronic conditions ie. CHF, COPD, Arthritis, falls/fracture, neurological, weakness
Personality Fit: Flexible, easy going, works well with team
Dress Code:
Scrub Color: can wear scrubs of any color or can wear khakis (pants) and collared shirt (no tshirts with logos or pictures)
Any unacceptable attire: jeans, shorts, hoodies, logos on clothes, no sweat pants
