Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) –
Location:Doral, FL
Shift/Time Zone:Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM & Every Saturday: 6:30 AM – 11 AM 
Duration: 5 months

Job Summary:
The PSR I is the patient-facing role responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. You’ll build patient trust by explaining procedures clearly and performing phlebotomy safely and accurately. Under supervision, you’ll ensure timely, accurate specimen collection and maintain records while promoting a professional, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection confidently and following protocols

• Maintain documentation and adhere to confidentiality

• Foster a positive patient experience and organizational image

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ years preferred)

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Flexible availability including weekends and overtime

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required

• Must live within 20-25 minutes commute to Doral, FL
