Project Specialist/Analyst

This is a dual role: Analyst/Project Specialist

Neuromodulation Division

About the role.

This person will support the Relievant commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client purchasing, vendor & compliance processes.

Oversee market research projects, including vendors and timelines.

Refine deliverables and presentations to a high standard.

Generate Salesforce reports and conduct analysis in Excel.

Create polished PowerPoint presentations.

Global slide-building and refinement: Convert excel outputs into slides, follow detailed guidance on slide design to create polished final products.

Refresh monthly/quarterly analysis and slide building: E.g. Insiders Impact, COE report etc.

Straightforward analysis: Anything that can come from SF/Tableau requiring very minor/simple analysis.

Market research: Manage project with vendors & compliance.

Purchasing, vendor & compliance processes: All things mybuy, Ariba etc.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:

Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications

2-3 Years with BA, or newly graduated with MBA degree (0-1) experience

Strong organizational and project management skills, particularly with market research projects.

Proficient in Excel (Salesforce experience preferred)

Advanced PowerPoint skills with regards to building refined presentation.

Preferred:

Data analytics/CS background preferred, experience with Python

Experience with compliance and vendor systems (e.g., Ariba, myBuy, Engage).
