Job Title: Project Specialist | Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Edina, MN 55439
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week
Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (potential for temp-to-perm)

Pay Range: $45 – $53/hour. on W2
Division: Neuromodulation – Client's Commercial Team
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Specialist/Analyst to support the Client's commercial team within the Neuromodulation division. This role involves managing market research initiatives, refining presentations, and supporting purchasing and compliance processes. This person will support the Relievant commercial team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client purchasing, vendor & compliance processes.
• Oversee market research projects, including vendors and timelines.
• Refine deliverables and presentations to a high standard.
• Generate Salesforce reports and conduct analysis in Excel.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations.
• Global slide-building and refinement: Convert excel outputs into slides, follow detailed guidance on slide design to create polished final products.
• Refresh monthly/quarterly analysis and slide building: E.g. Insiders Impact, COE report etc.
• Straightforward analysis: Anything that can come from SF/Tableau requiring very minor/simple analysis.
• Market research: Manage project with vendors & compliance.
• Purchasing, vendor & compliance processes: All things mybuy, Ariba etc.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, OR an MBA with up to 1 year of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience managing or coordinating market research projects.
• Ability to convert data into executive-level presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, particularly with market research projects.
• Proficient in Excel (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with regards to building refined presentation.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in data analytics or computer science; experience with Python is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and compliance/vendor systems such as Ariba, myBuy, Engage.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Data analytics/CS background preferred, experience with Python
• Experience with compliance and vendor systems (e.g., Ariba, myBuy, Engage).
• Salesforce experience
• PM Certificate
