PSC Greeter
Duration: 3 months

Shift: M-F 8-5, Sat. 8-1
Additional Job Details:Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese required
Summary:
Responsible for all front office duties at the Patient Service Center (PSC), including customer service, data entry, insurance processing, problem resolution, supply management, and administrative support. May be cross-trained as PSR I to assist with patient flow during high-volume periods. Must adhere to HIPAA and company policies, while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and verify order accuracy.

Contact clients to obtain missing or updated patient orders.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.

Perform general clerical duties, including filing, faxing, preparing mail, and basic data entry.

Answer multi-line phones using professional greetings and protocols.

Follow company protocols for reporting customer complaints.

Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance regulations.

Maintain adequate office and medical supply inventory; assist with restocking.

Read, understand, and follow all departmental policies and manuals (e.g., Procedure, Safety, Compliance, Quality Assurance).

Demonstrate strong organizational commitment and uphold company values.

Support overflow coverage during high-volume periods or across other locations.

Complete all required training and participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Required Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting.
Preferred Experience:
-
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, front office, or medical reception roles.

Familiarity with medical terminology (helpful, but not required).

PC and keyboarding proficiency.

Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime if required.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Prolonged standing/sitting; frequent walking and reaching.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; carry up to 15 lbs for short periods.

Bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, twisting, and balancing.

High level of visual attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Able to work in a mentally demanding, customer-facing environment.
