Job Title: Sr Business Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Downers Grove, IL 60515
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Standard Business Hours
Pay Rate:$48/hr on W2
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Sr Business Consultant will support the processing of new business and renewals during high-volume periods. The role focuses on accurate and timely entry, validation, and tracking of customer data and documents. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively within administrative and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate new business and renewal documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and plan data in internal systems
- Identify and escalate missing or incomplete submissions
- Monitor work queues and prioritize tasks based on deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Billing, etc.) to resolve issues
- Track and report on progress through dashboards or status updates
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 1–3 years in administrative processing, data entry, or operations
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication
