Job Title: Correspondence Coordinator
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm PST

  • As part of Client enterprise-wide initiative leadership has requested that all candidates moving forward are sourced from the following geographical locations: Client, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI.

Job Summary:
  • The Correspondence Processor (CP)is a non-clinical staff with a high school education and some experience in the medical field, preferably in managed care positions.
  • Processes and monitors all member and provider correspondence through the client letter database.
  • Adheres to UM policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Correspondence- Letter generation- selects correct template, minor grammar checks.
  • 1-2 years Years of Experience required.
  • High School Graduate/ GED.
  • Attention to detail, Fast learner, able to adapt to change, multi-tasking skills.
