Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: San Francisco, CA 01950
Contract: 3 Months+ (with Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.00/hr. on W2
Shift: 3rd shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.
- Inspect dies and packages according to Military and JEDEC standards using high and low-power microscopes.
- Follow defined specifications, reaction paths, and verbal/written instructions accurately.
- Use various hand tools to carefully process delicate components without causing damage.
- Train new employees on basic equipment operation and assembly processes.
- Maintain clean, well-organized, and audit-ready work areas.
- Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to track product movement and enter production data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous electronic or semiconductor assembly experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to report outcomes and follow instructions.
- High attention to detail for visual inspections, measurements, and sorting semiconductor devices.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude aligned with company culture.
- Stable work history preferred; company has a strong record of no layoffs.
