Short-term 2-month contract with possibility for extension

Portfolio must be submitted with resume for consideration

Hybrid in office 2-3 days per week

Location: Woonsocket, RI OR Wellesley, MA

10% travel - could be travel occasionally to store visit/set-up if needed. will vary depending on project they are working on.

Description:

Reporting to the Group Manager and collaborating with the Associate Creative Director of Experience Design Practice, the Senior Designer will provide leadership in creative ideation for experience design across diverse projects at ***. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer with demonstrated experience in instore signage, retail environments, workplace settings, and event design. This position requires a blend of innovative creativity, strategic insight, and technical proficiency to enhance brand presence within dynamic spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in both strategic and creative problem-solving, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of design principles to craft compelling, on-brand concepts that align with business objectives. Exceptional presentation abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Generate impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency

Bring ideas and creative to life across a wide Product of unique projects through innovation and collaboration with internal stakeholders

Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers, internal business teams and external vendors

Apply deep and demonstrated experience in design for a broad range of deliverables

Successfully use skills and knowledge to create compelling themes, ideas and designs that are on brand, and meet or exceed business objectives.

Presents design concepts to internal team for design reviews and approval.

Partner with internal and external implementation teams to ensure execution of ideas as planned.



Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in instore signage, retail, workplace, and event design environments.

Skilled in strategic and creative problem solving to achieve business goals

Able to generate impactful ideas that align with brand vision and standards

Proficient in human-centered design for developing compelling, on-brand concepts

Capable of interpreting briefs and turning them into actionable ideas

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities

Skilled at handling multiple projects in fast-paced settings

Capable of designing within and beyond brand guidelines

Expert in preparing print-ready files from concept to production.

Understanding of workplace interior branding and visual identity for events and activations.

Creative problem solver with design storytelling expertise and knowledge of current trends.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), AI graphic design tools, and Mac OS.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of working for a large, complex organization

Experience in the retail and events industry



Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field required.
