Job Responsibilities:

PSS (Patrice Support Specialist) is an MA w/ front office experience

Phel experience is not required for a PSS position

will accept MA with front and back office experience

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff

• Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure patient completes Privacy forms
• Check patients in and out
• Collect Co-pays
  Lab Integration is not required for a PSS position even if its location required
