Duration: 16 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Shift Options: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $48.00/hr
Job Summary
The Provider Integration Specialist will lead the integration of new, transferring, and departing providers into The Client Health Network (TCHHN). This role ensures that all operational, cultural, and logistical elements are in place for smooth transitions. The specialist collaborates with medical staff, leadership, and operational teams to ensure providers are fully prepared on their first day of employment or transition.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project management and continuous improvement initiatives for provider onboarding and integration processes.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of departmental tasks associated with provider integration and build collaborative relationships with process owners.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using Lean or Six Sigma principles.

Manage onboarding activities for all new physicians and APPs from contract execution through their first day.

Coordinate provider changes, including location additions, transfers, and departures.

Ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks and readiness for provider start dates.

Support providers exiting the network by coordinating benefits, retirement information, and hardware returns.

Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Foster collaboration and communication across departments to achieve seamless integration outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of process improvement and/or project management experience in a healthcare setting.

Demonstrated expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage direct and cross-functional relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.

Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget.

High levels of professionalism, initiative, and flexibility.

Demonstrated integrity and strong business ethics.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-
At least 2.5 years of experience working directly with physicians or providers.
-
Experience in physician onboarding or as a locum recruiter is highly preferred.

Positive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
