Eligibility Representative
- Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Eligibility. Implements, updates, and maintains automated, direct connect and/or manual eligibility data.
- Interacts with internal partners. Review reports to identify and resolve discrepancies. Ensures customer data is resolve accurately and timely. May work with internal Systems to resolve errors.
- General knowledge of Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Eligibility.
- Familiar with Medicare Part A, Part B and Part C. Preferred Experience in Healthcare Insurance and Enrollment and Eligibility. Prior Data Entry and enrollment experience highly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Products. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Customer Service skills.
