Phlebotomist II
Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Naples, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm- Rotational Saturday- 6am-10:30am
Summary:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, patient interaction, and strict adherence to safety, accuracy, and confidentiality standards. The PSR II works independently or in various healthcare settings such as patient service centers or doctor’s offices.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with precision, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

Verify and label patient samples accurately.

Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.

Provide exceptional patient service, building trust and confidence.

Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Travel to different locations as needed with short notice.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime

Keyboard/data entry experience preferred
