Job Title: Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM / Functional Analyst / HCM Functional Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $51.27/hr on W2
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

• Client is implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM.
• This position serves on a team of Oracle Fusion Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of HCM with a focus on the Benefits module.
• During the implementation, this person will be responsible for working with the Benefits Oracle Implementation and business teams to understand the build and configuration of this module (plans, dependents, limits, etc).
• Post go-live, this position will provide production support, assisting with maintaining and adding new configuration and help ensure an overall smooth transition process.
• This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize the Oracle system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support.
• This person will perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll module
• Receive knowledge transfer of system design and set-up from implementation partner
• Partner with Payroll team to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications
• Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project involving Payroll and post go-live
• Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
• Ability to gather requirements and write specifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module is required
• Implementation of other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules is a plus
• Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits is a plus
• Knowledge of ServiceNow software is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
