Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 3 Months+ contact (possibility of extension)
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts: every Saturday & Sunday 3pm – 12mid with 2 weekday 10- hour shifts. Weekday hours will vary based on departmental needs.
Payrate: $54/hour on w2
Note: Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Duties:
- Patient Care and Preparation: Explaining procedures to patients, answering questions, reviewing medical history, and positioning them comfortably for imaging.
- Imaging Performance: Operating ultrasound equipment to scan organs (such as abdomen, OB/GYN, small parts, or vascular) and adjusting settings to capture optimal diagnostic-quality images.
- Analysis and Documentation: Recognizing normal vs. pathological findings, creating preliminary reports for radiologists, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in General Ultrasound.
- Specialty such as abdominal(preferred) OB/GYN,(preferred), Neonate optional, vascular (optional).
Education & Certifications:
- AB and OB/GYN – preferred
- BLS – AHA
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Completion of an approved school for Ultrasonography.
