Join the Cardiology Division as a Quality Technician II, where you will play a critical role in supporting new product development (NPD) by establishing and maintaining quality systems that align with internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will help ensure the highest quality of product is delivered to customers through technical support and hands-on activities across design, testing, and compliance functions.

About the Role
Join the Cardiology Division as a Quality Technician II, where you will play a critical role in supporting new product development (NPD) by establishing and maintaining quality systems that align with internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will help ensure the highest quality of product is delivered to customers through technical support and hands-on activities across design, testing, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to implement effective quality controls.
- Support Design Verification activities, including planning, execution, and inventory management.
- Coordinate sterilization, conditioning, and testing with internal and external vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact for testing coordination with the Product Assurance Lab.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and follow engineering direction.
- Assist in failure analysis, CAPA activities, and audit preparation.
- Develop and qualify test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, and testing equipment.
- Investigate nonconforming materials, systems, or designs.
- Utilize documentation systems to research and generate Change Notices.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and provide general technical support to the NPD teams.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with hands-on testing of product & analysis
- Need previous experience in regulated field...require
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical environment,
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of good documentation practices and ability to meet deadlines.
