Job Summary
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the face of the company, responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples, ensuring accurate specimen processing, and maintaining a professional, safe, and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection accurately and efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation.

Deliver excellent customer service and promote a positive image.

Work independently and follow established procedures.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 6+ months required; 1+ year preferred.

Skills: Excellent phlebotomy (pediatric & geriatric), data entry, and communication skills.

Certifications: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Training: Medical assistant or paramedic background preferred.

Other: Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Preferred Certification: Not required but preferred
Shift Type: Part-time / Fixed schedule
