Job Description:-

• An SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Specialist is responsible for onboarding and configuring suppliers within the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring seamless supplier integration, and providing Tier 2 support to address supplier issues and inquiries.
• This role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP Ariba, strong communication skills, and a customer-service-oriented approach to maintain effective supplier relationships.
   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Onboard and configure suppliers within the SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba platform and Ariba Network)
• Ensure seamless supplier integration and system functionality
• Provide Tier 2 support to resolve supplier issues and respond to inquiries
• Maintain effective supplier relationships through clear communication and customer-focused service
• Support procurement system processes related to supplier enablement

 
Required skills:

• Proficiency with SAP Ariba, including Supplier Enablement and SAP Business Network.
• Required: Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including integration with procurement and supplier management processes
• Strong technical aptitude with procurement systems
• Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
   

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in supplier enablement, procurement systems support, or a related field
• Required: Hands-on experience supporting or integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
