Cardiac Cath Lab Technician
Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Start Date: 10/27/2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89106
Schedule:
-
Days: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (subject to department needs)
-
Mandatory Call: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
-
Night Call: 2–3 days per week
-
Weekend Call: 1–2 weekends per month

Potential Holiday Call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Certifications Required:
-
BLS (Basic Life Support)
-
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.

Prepare patients for pre-op and provide post-op recovery care, including monitoring vital signs and documenting patient status.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment and monitoring systems.

Administer and monitor medications as directed during procedures.

Ensure sterile techniques and infection control standards are maintained throughout procedures.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, efficient, and quality patient care.

Respond promptly to emergency situations such as cardiac arrest or complications during procedures
