Duration: 3+ Months (Potential for Extension)
Shift:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Phlebotomist I (Entry-Level) to join our patient services team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in phlebotomy while delivering exceptional front-line patient care. You will be the welcoming face of our organization, assisting patients during check-in and learning essential phlebotomy skills to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with check-in using kiosks or handheld tablets.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Provide empathetic support and clear communication regarding procedures.
- Learn and perform phlebotomy duties during downtime or when coverage is needed.
- Ensure accurate specimen collection and processing following established protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient information.
- Support team members during breaks and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, home health aide)
- No prior phlebotomy experience required—training will be provided
- Basic keyboard and data entry skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and perform phlebotomy procedures
- Reliable transportation (rideshare/bus not considered reliable)
- Punctual and committed to full shift attendance
- Resides within a 20–25 minute commute of the Weston, FL location

- This is a front-of-house role with a phlebotomy training component.
- Candidates must be open to learning and performing phlebotomy.
