Job Summary:
Client is implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. This position serves on a team of Oracle Fusion Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of HCM with a focus on the Payroll module. During the implementation, this person will be responsible for working with the Payroll Oracle Implementation and business teams to understand the build and configuration of this module (Payroll processing, earning, deductions, taxes). Post go-live, this position will provide production support, assisting with maintaining and adding new configuration and help ensure an overall smooth transition process. This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize the Oracle system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. This person will perform other duties as assigned.

- Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
- Receive knowledge transfer of system design and set-up from implementation partner.
- Partner with Payroll team to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications.
- Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project involving Payroll and post go-live.
- Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions.
- Ability to gather requirements and write specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll module is required.
- Implementation of other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules is a plus.
- Experience in PeopleSoft Payroll is a plus.
- Working with time capture devices is a plus.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow software is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
