Product Management Senior Analyst

Location: Morris Plains, NJ (Hybrid – Tues./Weds. anchor days)
Remote Option: If fully remote, EST is highly preferred; CST/MST acceptable
Contract Duration- 4 Months with Possible Extension 

The Member Experience Manager is responsible for managing the development, review, and approval of Medicare beneficiary plan-related communications in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements. This client-facing role will collaborate with internal Product and Account Management partners to design and execute communication strategies that meet client and CMS expectations.

The programs managed include the annual update of customizable plan documents used in member enrollment packages, welcome kits, and renewal packages. The role requires balancing independent ownership of projects with close partnership alongside the Marketing Operations Team to ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and mailed on time.

• Manage client requirements and oversee development of member communications within assigned product lines.

• Lead the review, approval, and delivery of communications to ensure compliance with CMS, client, and organizational standards.

• Oversee project schedules and timelines for assigned portfolio of clients; monitor progress and address risks proactively.

• Provide Marketing Operations with approved document releases, specifications, and mail package contents.

• Complete and maintain production forms and matrices to ensure flawless execution of communications and mailings.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.

• HS/GED required with 5–7+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred.

• Minimum 3–4 years of communication and program management experience (5–7 years preferred).

• Experience in client-facing roles is required.

• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate level or higher).

• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time-management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Adaptable to different work styles; able to follow established processes and work instructions.

• Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize and deliver results.

• Intermediate (or higher) proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

• Strong project management capability.

• Ability to follow direction from leadership and collaborate effectively with peers.

• Candidates with IT programming or coding-focused backgrounds will not be considered, as this role is communications and program management focused.

• The role requires strong client-facing communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines—not technical programming expertise.
