Job Title: Marketing Advisor
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Duration: 5 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $53.13/hr. on W2

Project Management:
- Manage complex projects using Wrike: build and maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workstreams, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks.
- Run weekly campaign team status calls and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
- Track project budgets and report on progress and roadblocks.
Marketing Orchestration:
- Drive alignment across marketing teams by integrating and coordinating plans and timelines.
- Support initiatives that enhance customer value realization and experience.
- Communicate dependencies, risks, and scheduling issues across teams and propose solutions.
Training & Team Portal Management:
- Curate and maintain internal training resources and learning agendas for lifecycle marketing team members.
- Build and manage internal documentation spaces (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
- Ensure training portals are accessible, intuitive, and kept up to date.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance internal team tools (e.g., Iris portal).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B or lifecycle marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing planning and campaign workflows.
- Proven experience using Wrike, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Visio).
- Managed Care background is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience writing SOPs or process documentation and driving operational excellence.
