Job Title: ENTRY Phlebotomist I
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Duration: 3 Months +
Shift/Time Zone: Monday-Friday- 6:00am-3:00pm.
Job Decription:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and professional service to patients visiting our facility. Whether patients are here for routine health checks or important medical procedures, you will create a welcoming environment and provide clear guidance to ease their experience.
This entry-level position not only involves greeting and assisting patients but also offers hands-on training in phlebotomy to help you grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and address their questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Assist with patient check-ins using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the waiting area to ensure a positive patient experience.

Support other phlebotomists by covering breaks and assisting when needed.

Learn and perform phlebotomy skills confidently, including forensic and clinical specimen collection, following all safety and procedural protocols.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Foster an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality while explaining procedures to patients.

Adhere to all workplace safety and professional conduct guidelines.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, home health aide, etc.).

Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
-
High level of customer service skills – empathy, patience, and effective communication are essential.

Willingness to learn phlebotomy and perform specimen collection duties as trained.

Reliable transportation to and from the workplace (bus, rideshare, etc., not considered reliable).

Ability to be punctual, dependable, and work scheduled shifts without excessive absences.

Candidates should live within a 20-25 minute commute of the worksite.
