Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; Sat, 6:30 AM–11:30 AM

Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Phlebotomist (PSR I) to join our team in Coral Springs. The PSR is the face of our company—drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring excellent patient care. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and experienced in both pediatric and geriatric draws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws safely and accurately

• Process specimens per guidelines

• Provide excellent patient service

• Maintain clean, safe work environment

• Accurately complete documentation and follow procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant/paramedic training (Preferred)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience required (1+ year preferred)

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Must have reliable personal transportation

• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
